Shrink films have changed considerably in the past few years, yet most hardware manufacturers have failed to keep pace. The films are becoming clearer, tougher, and more complex. A quality sealing system must be able to produce a seal at least as strong as the film itself. SEAL-A-TRON ™ recognizes this.

All of our Sealers are fitted with an extruded, anodized heavy aluminum Seal-Head designed to withstand the heavy seal preasure from our extra powerful Magnets. The Seal Wire is backed by hi-temp, coated Ceramic Beads. The temperature is accurately conrolled by our
TRU-TEMP™, circuit board. This combination of careful design and use of havy-duty parts, assures a constant quality seal, that is unmatched for durability and consistency.

OCONO ™ SHRINK TUNNELS

OT-1910-30 OT-1910-66 OT-2210-40

OT-1910-30, OT-1910-66 and the OT-2210-40 conveyors are powered by a heavy duty DC drive motors.
KOOL TUCH ™ keeps the exterior cool to the touch and the internal Shrink Tunnel temperature consistent during operation.
All above Shrink Tunnels can be equipped with a Glass Filled Nylon Belt to reduce maintenance and product jams.
The SURROUND AIR ™ thermal system is an exclusive network that distributes hot air to every square inch of the package evenly to get a clean, uniform shrink on all sides, even the bottom!
Our analog solid state temperature controller reliably regulates the Shrink Tunnel heat at ±2°F.
JAM-SAFE Feature with ESP (Electronic Shear Pin) to prevent damage during conveyor jams.
Improved hi-temp oven bushings outlast common bearings with minimal maintenance.
