Thanks to local entrepreneurs Bonnie and Dennis Ahlborg along with one
incredible Quiche recipe, the people of Wisconsin and the Tri-State
area can enjoy a gourmet Quiche by visiting the freezer section of their
local supermarket. The company, Real Men Eat Quiche of Menasha,
Wisconsin specializes in making the best frozen food products available.
"We only use the very best ingredients to make our Quiche," says
co-owner Dennis Ahlborg. "And it was important that our packaging
reflected that. So when we needed to incorporate shrink film in our
packaging, we needed an L-Sealer and Shrink Tunnel that would give us
the performance to make our product look great on the super-market shelf.
We had a tight budget, but we were also looking for a shrink packaging
system that would keep up with our production."
So, with the recommendation of local distributor Kranz, Incorporated
the Real Men Eat Quiche company purchased a SEAL-A-TRON
Kombi Rapper.
"We love this machine because it is almost maintenance free,"
added Ahlborg. "For example, if we break a seal wire, that means
valuable down time. We have had the Kombi-Rapper running 5 days
a week now for almost a year and we have yet to break a seal wire."
Real Men Eat Quiche purchased their SEAL-A-TRON Kombi-Rapper
from authorized distributor Kranz, Incorporated. "Kranz did a great job
professionally installing the machine," says Bonnie. "We rely on Kranz for
providing us with shrink film as well as technical advice on all of our
packaging requirements. They have been very helpful and we got the best
shrink packaging system for our needs."
"The SEAL-A-TRON Kombi-Rapper has been a wonderful addition
to our production facility. It is portable, affordable, and most importantly,
reliable. We make every Quiche as if we were going to serve it to our own
